Check Your Email After 1:00 PM EST (Friday, January 24th):
Look for an email from backoffice@thevyb.io. Ensure you check spam or junk folders if it isn’t in your inbox.Verify Your Email and Sponsor:
Confirm that your email is verified.
Make sure a sponsor is selected in your account.
Important:
If either step is incomplete, you will NOT receive the email to purchase your pack. If this happens, you will need to wait until the payment link is made available in the back office at a later date. DO NOT CONTACT SUPPORT ABOUT THIS ISSUE.Purchase Your Pre-Launch Pack ($25):
Use the link provided in the email to complete your payment.
Payment link is for one-time use only good for 72 hours: If the payment session isn't successful, no worries.
You'll just need to wait until the payment button becomes available in the back office next week.
Whitelist the VYB Email:
Add backoffice@thevyb.io to your email contacts to avoid missing updates.

KYC Verification Required: You may need to provide your SSN for identity verification.
Restrictions:
The name on the card or payment method must match the name on your ID, or the payment will fail.
Cash App cards and prepaid cards cannot be used with Stripe.
Prepaid cards may (possibly) work with Columis.
Age Requirement: Payments will be denied for users under 18 years old.
Risk-Based Approval: Payments are subject to individual risk evaluations.

Common Issues and Solutions
I Didn’t Receive the Email to Purchase My Pack:
Verify that your email is confirmed and your sponsor is selected.
Check your spam or junk folders.
Ensure that backoffice@thevyb.io is whitelisted.
If you completed these steps and still did not receive the email, you will need to wait until the payment link is available in the back office. DO NOT CONTACT SUPPORT ABOUT THIS ISSUE.
Payment Was Deducted, but I Was Asked to Pay Again:
Confirm if you received a payment confirmation in your back office.
If you did not receive confirmation, the payment is not complete. Retry or check with your payment provider.
Important: You are NOT charged twice. Your bank may hold or pend the amount temporarily. If your back office does not show you as paid, your payment did not go through.
My Card Is Being Declined:
Contact your bank to ensure the charge is approved.
If the issue persists, use Columis or a supported crypto payment method.

I’m Seeing an “Invalid Order” Error:
Verify that you’re using the correct payment link from the email.
Ensure you complete the payment within the 72-hour time frame.
Crypto Payments
How Do I Send BTC or ETH from Tyga Pay?
Tyga Pay is a non-custodial wallet that allows you to send BTC or ETH using its service.
Ensure you have USDT in your account to cover the network fee.
All transactions are subject to a network fee, which Tyga cannot control. Check this fee before sending or swapping BTC.
What Happens If I Deposit Funds Using the Wrong Network?
Unfortunately, Tyga Pay operates on smart contracts, and funds deposited on the wrong network are irretrievable.
Double-check your network selection before proceeding to avoid irreversible loss.
