Payment Tips for a Smooth Checkout Experience

The moment we've all been waiting for is here! The first release of our $25 Pre-Launch Kit has been an incredible success, with over 2,000 members securing their positions within the first 10 hours.


We understand some of you have encountered payment issues, so we’ve put together these important tips to help ensure your transaction goes smoothly.



1️⃣ Do Not Navigate Away from the Payment Page

  • If your payment attempt fails, avoid refreshing or leaving the page.

  • Exiting the page may prevent you from returning to complete the transaction.

2️⃣ Bank Fraud Protection May Block Your Payment

  • Many banks have fraud protection measures that may decline your transaction.

  • Check for any notifications from your bank (text, call, or email) requesting approval.

  • Once approved, retry the payment without leaving the page.

    Pro Tip: Call your bank in advance to authorize payments from Tyga Pay to avoid delays.

3️⃣ Stripe or Columis May Decline Your Payment

  • Even if your bank approves the transaction, Stripe or Columis might decline it.

  • If this occurs, complete your payment using cryptocurrency.

4️⃣ Crypto Payments Must Cover the Full Amount + Fees

  • Ensure the total payment covers the full amount plus any gas fees.

  • If your payment is short, send the difference to the same wallet address.

  • If you lose access to the payment page, send the remaining balance to the original wallet address.

5️⃣ Pending Card Payments May Be Placed on Hold

  • Columis may take extra time to verify payments, leading to a temporary hold on your card.

  • If your payment is declined, funds will be released back to your account.

  • Contact us immediately if you believe your payment is being held.




Verify Your Email to Avoid Login Issues

  • Many users have completed their profiles but have not verified their email.

  • Email verification is required to receive payment links and updates.

  • If you do not receive the verification email within 5 minutes, click the "Resend Email" button.
